19th Century, Kutch Gujarat.
Worked in five proportion and fine acanthus like patterned leaves are carved on the sides, the stalk is also stylized in a naturalistic way.
It is a small bottle with several pinholes below as shown in images. These were used by kings for smelling attar. A very small cotton ball was dipped in attar and kept inside the perfume bottle so that they could smell good fragrance all day.
